What is Theory Academy?

An online course for the Irish driver theory test. It has 12 topics and 49 lessons, 590 exam-style questions, 229 road signs and unlimited mock exams — all written from the RSA Rules of the Road, and all available in seven languages.

Which languages is it available in?

English, Ukrainian, Polish, Romanian, Portuguese, Spanish and Russian. That covers every lesson, every question and every explanation — not just the menus. You can switch language whenever you like and your progress follows you.

If I study in my own language, will I be ready for the test?

That is exactly why the interface and the exam terminology stay in English while the teaching is in your language. You learn the reasoning in the language you think in, and practise the wording you will actually meet.

How is this different from free question lists?

A free list tells you which letter was right. Every question here also tells you why the rule exists, what people get wrong about it, and what it looks like when you are actually driving — 4,130 explanations across the seven languages.

Are the mock exams like the real test?

They follow the official format: 40 questions, 40 minutes, and 35 correct to pass. You also get a readiness score built from your lessons, practice accuracy and mock results, so you know when you are actually ready rather than guessing.

How are the road signs taught?

There are 229 signs, and each one is written up like a small lesson: what it means, where you meet it, what to do, and the mistake drivers make about that specific sign. It is not a gallery to scroll past.

What does it cost?
